Lose weight
Do you want to stay fit or lose weight? Are all the new workouts or exercises confusing you? Well, if you don't know by now, all that you need to stay fit or lose weight is to stay active and watch what you eat.
"Stay active, watch what I eat?" If you don't know what I mean by stay active or watch what you eat, I'll break it down for you. Staying active just means getting out and doing stuff. Go play tennis, go swim, run, lift weights, play football, or even just going for a walk. If you think "how is this going to make me stay fit or even lose weight" will let me ask you this " are you better off sitting around and doing nothing".
Now on to watching what you eat. If you are thinking that I am going to tell you stop eating this and that, you're wrong. You don't need to stop eating what you love all you need to do is just watch what you eat. IF you love drinking soda don't cut it out of your life because 9/10 time you are just going to start back up again and drink even more. All you have to do is limit yourself. If you drink 3 cans a day drink only 1 a day or maybe 1 or 2 a week? Limit your junk food intake and get some healthy food in it.
That is it all you have to do is get out and get active. Watch what you eat, limit you food intake, cut out some of the junk food and get some healthy food in to. If you can do that you can drop weight and stay fit
